Fire protection, Noise reduction, Decorative options

NEWEST GREEN TECHNOLOGY

FROM WASTE TO FIRE-PROTECTIVE // NOISE INSULATIVE BOARDS
  • Green products have been evolving over the last 11 years.

  • 99% of the board is formed by composite materials (cellulose, plastic, aluminium foil) used in the food industry.

  • It is produced without the addition of chemicals, pollutants and preservatives (formaldehyde, etc.).

  • It achieves excellent technical parameters and it saves its users energy thanks to: thermal insulation properties, moisture resistance, sound insulation properties, preventing echoes, fire resistance.

INPUTS

for full list of inputs, please contact us

  • PP (polypropylene) - for application or use in food and pharmaceutical industry, automotive industry (such as car bumpers etc.), interior decor/lining, industrial fibres from automotive industry.

  • LDPE (low density polyethylene) - various foils, plastic bags, old plastic buckets, soap dispensers, plastic pipes.

  • PAP (paper-board) - composite cardboard used for hot and cold beverages (known as TetraPak), plates, yogurt cups, bowls, fast-food containers (McDonald´s, Starbucks).

  • Paper industry waste - rejects from paper recycling, cuttings, wasters (cardboard production group, wallpaper factories, other packaging producers).

  • Wood chips - created by disposal of an old furniture

  • Coir and rice husks, Biopolymers
